Easy Street pics - trying again
Got it to work! Whew! I really have been working on these!
Didn't realize tonight was the last night to show progress on Easy Street, for some reason I thought I had till Sunday! Oh well, here's the little bit I have done. I've finished the four corners, have 5 Block A's complete and only 1 Block B. Have finished 4 of the triangle pieces. I'm making slow progress, but at least I'm making progress!
I laid these few pieces that fit together on my bed. Not sure if you can tell anything, but I'm amazed at how these blocks fit together! Bonnie - you're incredible! Thanks for a fun experience. I'm proud of myself that I have followed through on my first mystery quilt, and that you chose to do and easier one this year so I didn't get frustrated! Enjoy what little I have to show - and I have loved seeing other's creativity and talent! What a great group!
Happy New Year to all and may many blessings come to you this year.

I like your blocks in the darker, more muted shades of Bonnie's colors. Good job.
ReplyDeletegreat colour combinations!
ReplyDeleteYour background provides a lot of movement in the quilt and I LOVE that! Great job!
ReplyDeleteJust realized one of those "A" blocks is put together wrong - arrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's what I get for trying to go too fast!
ReplyDeleteYour color choices are really lovely, Ann. I like how light your grey is and the swirls in your white. I put some blocks together wrong, too. (I think most of us did somewhere along the way.) Congratulations on getting so far.
ReplyDeleteThey look great! It is amazing how the pattern appears once you put the blocks together, isn't it?
